The State has shared that medical premiums will go up significantly for 2025 so it is more important than ever to learn what Is available and make choices according to your needs.
October begins open enrollment for medical benefits and gives URA members the opportunity to evaluate and modify current medical plans. Many factors go into this decision, including cost of your contribution, coverage and medical care needs.
To help members make educated decisions, our local and Coalition of Rutgers Unions (CRU) partners, will host several workshops. We will review how contributions are calculated and provide information on the various union negotiated options for medical plans.
