Our collective voices have been heard and we have established permanency to remote work. URA members are vital to the operations to Rutgers and our productivity is not restricted to our physical location!
The processes of Flexible Work Arrangements will remain largely the same. The program will still require annual renewal. Equity will be a factor.
The standard schedule for many of our members with hybrid remote agreements will remain two days working remote with three days in campus work locations and the approval processes remain unchanged for approving more remote days. Expanded remote scheduling can be requested, up to 100% remote, based on your work duties.
