Another way to support endorsed candidates is by phone banking, coordinated by our statewide affiliate AFT New Jersey. Our COPE has designed our phone banking day for September 30.
Going forward, AFTNJ has set up phone banking for the congressional midterms every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, done virtually. All you need to participate is an internet connection and a computer. We will only be calling AFT members who live in New Jersey.
URA members who participate in phone banking will receive a $25 stipend paid after Election Day.
