This Fiscal Year 2026 raise is an across-the-board flat dollar salary increase equal to 3.5% of the full time and part time average annual salaries of all URA bargaining unit employees who were on the University’s payroll as of the first payroll date in March 2025. The calculated amount of that raise is $2,537.48 which would be added to base salary and the salary tables. Members who work less than full-time will receive a pro-rated portion.
