As National Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we celebrate and recognize:

Dos: We also celebrate Jessica Govea Thorbourne, a founding organizer of the United Farm Workers Union, who was also an educator at Rutgers; she was a member of the faculty in the Labor Studies and Employment Relations Department in New Brunswick.
