Many URA members make their career at Rutgers and have watched the gradual and sometimes not as gradual changes across our university, both good and bad.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the URA members who have dedicated years of service to Rutgers to make it a better place for our students, our faculty, our communities, and every office and department where you work. Our seasoned URA members are frequently the ones who newer URA folks go to for direction and we appreciate your hard work! In fact, URA members are frequently the people who everyone goes to for direction and guidance, from the simplest to the most complicated things, we are the experts that make everything work. So even if you haven’t reached a anniversary milestone, THANK YOU for all the work you do!
