Steward and Civil Rights Committee Co-Chair Sarah Washington has been appointed to a new role as Executive Board member representing Newark. “As an Operations Coordinator in Institutional Planning and Operations (IPO) with decades of institutional knowledge of Rutgers and a founding member of our local, Washington is a tremendous asset to us all,” said URA-President Christine O’Connell. “We thank Doris Salinas-Parker for her service to the board and wish her the best,” she said.
