If you have been experiencing issues and wish to borrow a digital thermometer for your workspace please complete this form and a member of the Health and Safety committee will reach out to coordinate thermometer exchange. Be sure to also reach out to colleagues to see if the issue is widespread and encourage them to fill out the form as well. If temperatures are outside the range notify your supervisor and state you want to invoke the Joint Union Health and Safety MOA, Section 3, Article c, which allows for remote work or relocation.
